Return Window

You can return products within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or personalised products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@saavi03.co.in with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange

We are happy to exchange products for a different size or variant if available. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us with photos within 48 hours. We will send a replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the damaged item.
