Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Since our products are handcrafted, some items may take slightly longer — we will notify you if this is the case.

Delivery Time

Within India: 5-7 business days after dispatch

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999

Flat shipping charge of ₹79 on orders below ₹999

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order on our courier partner's website.

Packaging

All Saavi products are packed in eco-friendly packaging — because our commitment to sustainability doesn't stop at our products.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and email us at contact@saavi03.co.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
